Went here on my lunch break and wasted my time today around 12:30pm me and another customer was waiting to have our order taken but the cashier and the other gentleman was more focused on door dash orders than the customers in the store told us we gone have to wait instead of focusing on the customer in the store when the dasher not even there yet very poor service need to learn how to manage better so went to dairy queen next door probably won’t be returning Wendy’s

One of the best Wendys experiences I've had in a long time. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Food was good considering it was fast food. Frosty machine was working so we enjoyed them as well.

Good food because it's Wendy's but it's not a great location to order from. Sometimes they won't even let you order through the drive through directly, they'll tell you that you have to order through the app. I've never been to a place that was open but only taking app orders.

Be careful ordering from this location late night, if you leave with your food and it's wrong when you come back they will tell you that you have to come back the next day because they are closed and it won't matter that it's still 15 minutes till the posted closing time

Dietary restrictions: It is a bad place the bad people working there they are not answering to the people I didn’t like that and they are not respecting anyone and when I ask them they are not answering I hope the owner will choice the good people to respect the customers
I would give them o.2 stars if that. I was there on Saturday 010325. There were just a few cars in line. And, the wait was riidiculous. Once I ordered and paid they said they had no meat. I had to pull up and wait. I am a medical professional trying to get to work with food in my stomach so I will be a good employee. They took so long I finally had to get my money back and go somewhere else. I don't know where they got these employees, but they are uneducated and unable to do their job. It seems like a burger place should always have meat.
Dietary restrictions: They messed up my order for unsweet tea also and gave me sweet. I am diabetic and watching my sugar intake.

Ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club and chili was told they had no chili no big deal. Got home and received a plain burger paid $9 for a plain burger I didn’t order and no chili. Pathetic.

Order was not correct at all When I ordered a #8, was asked twice if I only wanted the sandwich. Does the #8 only have a sandwich? Screwed that up and gave me a spicy chicken sandwich, and no fries.
