It took 30 minutes for me to get my food and it wasn't even what I paid for. Paid for a full sized salad that I've gotten multiple times and was given a half, when I questioned if it was a full sized salad the girl at the window just said "I guess so" and didn't even offer to fix it or double check. I then asked for my Large drink and she proceeded to hand me a random small drink from the counter. The Biggie Bag is a great value for saving money, and while the new Frosty needs some improvement, it's still a decent treat. Despite some inconsistent service in the past, Wendy's has shown the ability to get orders right, even through Uber. Overall, Wendy's offers good food at a low price.
