Service-The drive thru was down so I had to go inside. There was a long wait before I was able to place my order at the register with the cashier.
Food-They were out of many menu items. The wait time to get my food was reasonable. The food was good and fresh.
Atmosphere - Dirty parking lot. Trash everywhere. The place looks old and run down
Mobile app- not able to use for rewards or points due to there system being down
Conclusion - DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. After reading other reviews, there are similar or worse experiences. This location needs better management or to be shut down ??

Burger tasted like it was reheated in a microwave, fries were barely salted, woman in the drive through window cursed a man out in a verbal altercation while I sat at the window waiting for my food. Building was disgusting. Not a single benefit to this, my friend was afraid to eat the rest of his food because he thought he would get food poisoning.
The staff is very rude, you can see how little empathy they have. I arrived with my car to pick up my order and they thought I was a delivery man. They wanted me to get out and I even explained that I can't walk and they still looked at me as if it were a lie. It has happened to me 3 TIMES AND I AM ALREADY TIRED. I am paying for a service regardless of the disability I have, that's why the application asks you to pick it up at the window. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING.

The manager is nice and helpful but the cashier Daiza was extremely rude! I was ordering thru the drive thru and you can hear then geting irritated and annoyed just beacuse I was ordering food. Then in the window and yells out you don't know what u ordering! And left the register when I asked to repeat my order. Very bad service from the employee at this location. Very sad you do this to paying customers
