If i could give no stars i would everytime i ho to this wendy they aways have the drive-through there’s no one inside waiting to be served. If I want it to go inside, then I wouldn’t have not went through the drive-through. It was raining and cold and I didn’t wanna get out the car so I left and went to McDonald’s.

The costumer services is really bad. I asked for my receipt and it seems like I offended them. The service is poor and slow. Nothing like Chick-fil-A. It's good that they have jobs and provide a service, but it should be a good service. I've been a customer for a long time and haven't seen any improvement. So the best thing for me to do is to stop buying their food, and I'll add that today, Sunday, December 7, 2025, was my last time. I told them they should try a little harder, to which the person in charge loudly told the camera that I shouldn't come back if I didn't like it.

Got food late with my husband tonight got a baked potatoe with bacon and cheese which was perfect and a crispy chicken sandwich with only cheese which was fresh and on point and the tendeees were great too and nuggets as well. The manager also was really nice and helpful will come back here with my husband to eat at this Wendy’s

Went in to pick up my Uber Eats order because it’s cheaper to do that instead of delivery. Home girl with the short hair and tattoos on her neck understood the assignment and made sure my order was done… past midnight too! I work late nights so I really appreciated her kindness and consideration when doing my order. Thanks!

After I waited 15 minutes in drive thru in a long line just to order my food which is very understandable what I don't understand is once I got to the drive thru speaker the cashier told me to hold on and I waited another 10 after I spoke up they came back and apologized and then they took my order I pulled up to the first window they took my money I get to the second window nobody comes to the window for 5 minutes then somebody brings me a drink and then another female comes to the window opens the window and just stands there and texts on her phone for another 15 minutes when I asked her about my food she said sir if it was ready I would have give it to you I said well man I've been waiting like 30 minutes on my food and she's flipping out on me I'm like hey man I'm a paying customer you know I'm just asking what's going on with the food it's been like almost 30 minutes and she keeps saying if it was ready I would have given it to you so I don't understand why you have to wait 30 minutes on a burger and a fry and then the cashier can't even explain she just acts like a cartoon character wendy need to train they employees to be professional not hoodlums

Order taker at drive thru didn't listen. I ordered a double stack. She rung it up as a bacon double stack. A $7 combo is the $6 combo. Evwn when I said its only $6, she never confirmed it. I didn't get a receipt either. And they were very slow. Fries are luke warm.
