Food was cooked well, but the service and environment were subpar. Drink machine broken, condiments not stocked, wrong drink sizes given, missed some in-app substitutions. Looks like a place that's lacking in management oversight for quality control

Manager on duty on 7/9/25 at 2pm was rude as well as front line cashier.
This place was the worst. I got down to order because the drive through was busy but when I walked in 2 employees walked out and said we're going on break. The other employees looked as if they pulled an all nighter. The worst part was the guy behind the counter gave me the look to help me next so when I proceeded to the counter he said I'm not ready for you right now okay. I stood there for five more minutes and watched the circus play out they were literally waiting on this older lady to make the orders all he wanted to do was bag the orders.

Clear house , no matter when i came here its always the same terrible service.
Ice cream was completely melted when i got it. Nuggets were cold during another time , just terrible and they always have an attitude as soon as you open your mouth.

I love Wendy's. It's a great place to eat.
I'm working overnight and out of town, so thought I'd find something to eat. This Wendy's was about 5 minutes away, so perfect! Or so I thought...
I got there about ten minutes after midnight, so hours before they close. Just a few cars in line, should be fast.
They were taking one car order at a time, making the food, and then taking the next car's order. I was in line for 45 minutes, before my order was taken, I was at the order kiosk for over ten of those minutes.
You all that were working that night are working way harder than you need to. More orders at once makes everything go faster. Even cooking more orders at once is easier. That strategy might not work at noon, but it'll sure work great at midnight.
