The chili was the worst ever. How did they screw that up. Like tomato soup with just a couple of beans. Awful!!!!!!

I ordered a mobile pick up for breakfast and never received the food. They took forever to come to the speaker you said just a minute and took 5 minutes. Told us to pull up so they could bring the food outside. They never came. So we had to go inside and by then breakfast was over, the cook woke up late so I guess only 1 person cook while everybody else stand around waiting. Moral of the story is don’t eat here unless you want to wait forever. At this point just close the whole store.

Rude workers and the manager on shift allowed it actual went along with her attitude ! told me he would he a sloppy burger! I mean onions were stuck to bottom of bun with ketchup soaked into the bun! On top of that we ordered mobile ten minutes before arriving and waited longer than people in drive thru that hadn’t ordered yet!! Not to mention fries old with no salt!
If I wanted sloppy and old fries I would have went to McDonalds for cheaper.
You can bet I called and complained and got my money back!

we went to the wendy’s in the drive thru mind you they don’t close till 2 am we went to the drive thru wendy & the lady said “we’re not taking anymore deliveries”.

Not helpful with using the app to purchase food.
Service is slow. out of everything.. Manager needs to get it together. Needs to be a little faster..accurate. this use to be a great place.. horrible customer service.
Update- 3 yrs later and it’s still the same
Three years after that. It’s still slow and the machines don’t work to take the orders. Whoever owns this place or runs this place needs to do a better job.

Horrific service from the woman running drive-thru. She wouldn’t let me finish ordering my food, kept interrupting me and got mad when I ordered more than one thing (I literally spent $13), and when I tried to use my points she had no clue what I was talking about and took my phone out of my hands and walked away. By the time I got the food I was missing half of it. Absolute worst experience at any restaurant ever. The nuggets were pretty delicious but I won’t be coming back. 0/10 would not recommend coming here, I hope they close.

Extremely rude cashier gives a very sour attitude when attempting to use the rewards app claiming there's "nothing to scan it with in the store" then why does the rewards exist if there's no way to use them and even so it's very unprofessional to treat your customers like an inconvenience and be very condescending. Being polite and professional is free

I came here today on my break. The young guy at the register took everyone else but me. I stood here for about 10 minutes. I was the first one here and everything. He decides to keep walking and helping other people.

Where is the beef? You will find more in a Krystal burger. My baconator fries even made Arnold say, " I won't be back!" Go to the gas station and pick up any canned food, you will be happier.
