Hands down, one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in recent memory. There's hype about the Michelin Star, obviously. It is 100% deserved. The welcoming & refined atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, excellently prepared dishes, and high-level service brings culinary satisfaction to all diners. Jessica & Joey up front took wonderful care of us while Chef Orlando and the whole BOH team provided course after course of delightful flavors. We were too busy enjoying the moment to take any photos. Highly recommend!

Wild Common is anything but. My girlfriend has a relatively rare allergy to capsaicin, and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. The food was phenomenal, the service exceptional, the atmosphere magical- if you want the best fine-dining experience that Charleston (and I'd venture SC) has to offer, then run, don't walk, to WC! Thank you so much to the entire staff; they care for their customers as much as they care for their cuisine!

Awarded a Michelin star in November 25. In my experience well deserved. Simply an excellent fine dining experience. No choice menu, chef is in control you are eating what they are serving in a multi course dinner. Exquisite service, excellent food in an elegant setting. Each course wonderfully presented and delicious. Wine pairings available although my wife and I choose to have a pre dinner cocktail and a bottle of wine. A very reasonable wine list available. Service supplied to us this evening by Nikki was superb.

We visited Wild Common just before Christmas. We were visiting Charleston for a few days before heading to our family for the holidays, and Wild Common left a mark on us - a very good, hard to top mark on us! The restaurant takes you on a journey from the time you sit down until the time you leave. The tasting menu was phenomenal. The “snacks” at the beginning and the dark chocolate torte were our favorites.

We had the privilege of sitting at the Chef’s Counter and what a treat that was - don’t question it, book the Chef’s Counter! You get an inside peek into the kitchen and how they run it like a well oiled machine. Getting to speak with some of the chefs and the bartender about their creations was the cherry on top.

Every staff member we interacted with provided exceptional service throughout our meal. They quickly accommodated a request to move to another area, took our coats, checked on us throughout our meal, and took the time to make small talk with you - checked every box for us.

WOW! Can’t say enough about this restaurant. Tasting menu with wine pairing was incredible. I often wake up just wishing I lived closer the Charleston. Best meal I’ve ever had. Loved watching the chefs prepare everything from our seats. Really really really awesome restaurant.

Wild Common is truly in a league of its own. My wife and I spent four days in Charleston consuming everything it had to offer. Wild Common stood alone at the top of every experience we had. The food was better than other experiences we had, even at a lower price point, so the value alone won us. In addition, the attention to detail, the service, and the atmosphere truly solidified this as our top (ever) dining experience to date. Even with everything Charleston has to offer from a dining perspective, this is one we will be coming back to, if our feet ever land again in Charleston!

We had the most amazing night celebrating our 10th anniversary. The entire team went above and beyond and we left feeling so filled with joy—and OUTSTANDING food. Flavors that we never will forget and memories for a lifetime. WC team, thank you for making our first night in Charleston one we will never forget.

We celebrated our 33rd anniversary at Wild Common and it was superb!! We have eaten in the Eiffel Tower and the oldest restaurant in the world, but can honestly say we had the best meal of our lives at Wild Common. Every course was a burst of flavors ending with earthiness. All of the staff were professional, knowledgeable and passionate about the food and wine. Chef Orlando was so personable and kind and the pastry chef's dessert creation was out of this world. We wish everyone could experience such a gourmet taste fest.

Wild Common in Charleston absolutely lived up to the hype — one of the best tasting experiences I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional from start to finish: warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling pretentious. Every course was a perfect balance of creativity and flavor, and the pacing was flawless.

I went to Wild Common this evening and it was an amazing experience.
All of the staff were attentive. Our server, Christina, was fabulous it was for my birthday and the whole staff knew about it. I was presented with a card and special take home treat. Outstanding attention to detail.
The food was sublime. The staff was great. Highly recommend.
Thank you Wild Common.

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place on our recent visit to Charleston for my birthday. We did the whole chefs tasting menu and were not impressed. The Maine lobster chawanmushi was terrible! It lacked acidity, which left it really unbalanced. The oysters weren't good either. The scallops and sourdough were alright. We tried both the NY strip and Australian wagyu and they were horrible. The accoutremants they served with the steak did not make sense, nor did the flavors come together. Furthermore, I paid a $65 uncharge for the wagyu and it had a big piece of grizzle on it. If I spend $400+ on a dinner for 2, it should be perfect. It was far from. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to Wild Common.

The food is truly unique and impressive, only surpassed by the fact that the entire team is made up of passionate people who clearly love what they do.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!! The food is phenomenal and paired with a fantastic selection of wine. Each dish and corresponding wine pairing is explained and all of our questions were answered expertly with care and patience! Not only was dining here a delight, the staff saved the day when one of my shoes unexpectedly decided to self-destruct as we were leaving. The staff provided the best care and service by improvising a solution to my broken shoe on the spot and even helping me fix it before we left the restaurant! Thanks to their efforts we were able to enjoy the rest of my Dad’s birthday celebration without a worry in the world! Thank you to everyone who helped us this weekend!! Everything about this restaurant is a 10/10 and I’d recommend anyone traveling to or living in Charleston to check it out :)
