I Stay All The Way In Summerville & I Willingly Drive All The Way To This Location In West Ashley , & These Are The Reasons Why : Donte Idk If He Is A Manger If He Is ONE HE IS TRULY AMAZING AND IF HE ISNT YALL NEED MAKE HIM ONE ! The Food Everytime I Order Fresh Quick & Never A Promblem If there is then it’s fixed , Smell Clean & the Crew Is Very Respectable To us and others which I have noticed many different times , THIS REALLY IS MY FAVORITE WINGSTOP LOCATION Great Work Truly !

Every time I order food Togo they miss stuff. I ordered DoorDash tonight and they missed my large veg sticks and brownie. This happens every single time.

Mitchel the store manager is amazing - yall need to pay him more. My food was over an hour and a half late and he was so great that I don’t even care it’s late no more.

I’m a seasoned customer at this location and I love my wings a certain way. Tonight I was greeted by Mitchell and even though he is new to this store he handled the crowd with poise and precision. Most importantly he maintained a great attitude while doing it. I look forward to his face turning into a familiar one. We need more team members like Mitchell!!!

I had ordered food over the phone at night 20 wings, 10 hot and 10 lemon pepper with voodoo fries, normal fries, and corn. I’m opening my food to get my hot wings and there is only ONE wing in the box. ALSO my voodoo fries are missing. WHAT A JOKE. I call back the next day because they’re closed ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON?!?! Not very professional. Ended up very upset already my food but not only to be hung up on. WE PAID 40 something for all of that only for HALF TO BE MISSING?!?? + it was cold
