🧐The staff received Holiday pay today too…. The staff did not care about service the lady running the register was eating and smacking while taking our order of almost $30 to waste because it was nasty. How can a franchise company allow young adults to run this business with no will of working. It’s sad because let someone else have a job. I have worked fast food as many and never understand how people can treat an establishment like it’s their house not a business. These comments about this place falls on deaf ears because whoever owns this only cares about getting business obviously not the service it should be providing. We were only visiting and would never tell anyone there is a wing stop in the area. Should have left but it doesn’t change the service of the fast food industry that supposed to help with job production but no one wants to work. I cook for us but when out visiting other states it is a sad state to see how the job market is. Oh and the sauce we asked on the side Ranch they said they didn’t have but I wanted Hot Hot sauce and I have no idea what was put in these containers. Just kids playing around in the kitchen. Dirty atmosphere no trash can and people just hanging in the back having more fun playing than doing the job they were being paid for. Crazyness

Received our order and most of the food was missing. Tried calling the restaurant and sat on hold for 32 minutes without anyone answering the phone.

Thank goodness for the customer support team. The store staff is no help at all barely answers phones. Do not get delivery from this location. I have had issues from this store on several occasions, missing items even though bag was sealed so I know it was not the driver, issues where the order was completely incorrect, issues where I placed in store pick up and received under cooked or cold food and had to ask for it to be remade. I don’t understand the disconnect however it’s very disheartening because I love wingstop! Ive noticed that this store has allot of younger employees which I hate to call out I was 16 when I started working and 18 when I was hired as a teller and every setting since Ive always preformed above and beyond over 10 years. From food quality to service please pull this store together.

CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM ME THEY DONT TAKE ORDERS PAST 11:00PM??? It’s always something with this location service !!!

I ordered and arrived and the guy told me that he couldn’t find my order though it was clearly there and another staff member found it. Also the drink I ordered, they didn’t have that drink at all and there was no ice. Waited for my food only to receive cold wings and then told me after offering me there was no ranch dipping sauce after offering it to me

Today was our second attempt. Should have trusted the first time. First time was a big order online, they forgot a sandwich we tried calling but did not get an answer so I went to the store and waited another 45 minutes in the greasy seating area for a sandwich. Staff did not really acknowledge my presence. Tonight over $100 delivery order 2 baskets of fries were missing. I let the phone ring for 40mins while we ate with no pick up. I did not get the chance to go to the storefront to confront them. Do not reccomend.
