We were visiting Charleston and have always wanted to try this place out... we should have just kept driving. They have a menu with so many things that are sooo different from each other for a cafe, it was so confusing; and that is what led to the horror! My husband ordered the shrimp po'boy, I ordered the Reuben, my daughter ordered funnel cakes and cheese fries. We always put everything in the middle of the table and everyone just gets what they want. The po'boy was the most ridiculous looking thing with a mountain of the smallest fried shrimp on bread with 1000island dressing over them. The funnel cake wasn't fried enough so it was doughy. When the Reuben came out it looked ??‍♀️.. We thought there was a funny look because the cheese was oozing out of it and there was an extra piece of bread in the middle but it was soo super soggy. I took a small bite and immediately realized these people had no clue what they were doing! My husband and daughter tried a small bite ,I didn't say anything about the taste until they said their opinion, and immediately said something was wrong with this sandwich and spit it out! I took the plate back to the counter and told the lady that this was not a Reuben she said oh ok do you want them to make you another one? I said no thank you and just asked for a refund for the sandwich. She was so upset that I didn't like the food and didn't want another one. She was so nice when we first came in, actually all the ladies were until i asked for a refund for a sandwich that no one likes. Then they turned into the snottiest most rude people ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes edible food. The ice cream was good at least!

Sloppiest most disgusting burger I've ever had. Normally a good thing, but not this time. Soggy bun, fat collecting in the plastic tray they put the takeout food in, almost not fully cooked, just nasty. Not shy to messy foods, but can't even eat it by hand without a huge mess and everything falling out. Sent me on my way without my full order...shame on me for not checking I guess. Fries tasted like the oil they fried it in rather than your traditional (expected) french fries taste. Nice lady at the counter, but extremely disappointed and wish I could take that 15 bucks back. This is a prime example of why people hate the 'forced tipping' at checkout prior to receiving their order. Everything went great until I received what I paid for. Stick to ice cream.

Best, freshest, most flavorful ice cream I’ve ever had! I got a custom banana split and chose 3 flavors of my own. I chose blue monster, brownie s’mores, and birthday cake. All 10/10 but brownie s’mores was definitely the best. Can’t forget the delicious fresh homemade whipped cream. The sundae was huge so I was unable to finish it but absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend this place!

Canceled doordash order after the driver waited there for 40 minutes. They also sometimes do this fun thing where they leave the neon “open” sign on after they’ve closed. If you value your time avoid avoid avoid.
