For two times they did not give my family Zac Sause and that is my favorite

Had absolutely the best experience in this place! Tried for the first time since moving to the south I loved! The staff super friendly, specially grateful to Zequanda, that was very patient with us while choosing from the menu, explained our options and even let us try the different sauces! Thank you!!!!!!

Should have only gotten milkshakes. Placed 3 orders $45.98. The chicken finger plate $14.69! comes w two sides, portion reflected one. This meal was the size of a kids meal. *removed the toast to get the full picture. The second order was the traditional wings meal $14.59 We could literally count the amount of French fries in the meal. The milkshakes were great. #39723391391875078

This is one of the most deplorable establishments that I've ever been to. I would not trust an Uber or doordash delivery driver to come here because the staff is unprofessional and uneducated.

I originally had a 5 star review here, but things changed and I placed an online order today on my lunch break, assuming it would be a quick grab and go experience as it usually is, grabbed my food off the shelf and started walking near to door to leave and instead was interrogated about seeing my order number and name while my order was the only online order on the shelf and was approached indirectly and asked “can I see your order” multiple times. If you are gonna ask customers to verify their orders then put the orders behind the counter! Why would it make sense to put them on q shelf in the lobby and ask when they are leaving it’s annoying and unthoughtful. Also chicken tender was super small and they put the roast underneath the fries, to where it seemed I never got it. They need to fix how they box the food also.
