The food is OK but the friendless of the staff is a hit or miss. They curse a lot at the drive-thru window and have no idea that they can be heard. The food is also a hit or miss. The couple times I went, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease or cooked too long. They never put enough butter on the bread when I ordered the bread basket. It's OK, but it's definitely not my favorite spot. It's a last resort for some quick when I am hungry

The service was good. I eat at every Zaxby's location in Charleston since I work all over the area. I always get the kicken chicken meal. This is the only location that puts a drip of sauce on the sandwich and leaves it dry. Other than that, no complaints.

I can’t believe this what you consider a child portion. Smh

Just walked into the restaurant and all staff behind the counter was on their cellphones and eating and the kitchen staff was also talking to the other staff and on phones. No one acknowledged I even walked in the door. I didn’t order because I knew my food was not going to be good.

Walked in went to restroom came out cashier sitting on bottom shelf not even realizing I’m standing there once realized she didn’t even greet me (is this for here or to go) no hello how are you nothing I asked where something was on the menu lil girl attitude very disturbing order come up burnt fries cold toast never saw gentleman even wash his hands to fix my food that was a no for me manager in window having a drink yes the whole environment sucked no return for me ????

The worst Cobb salad I've ever had, I had to throw 1/4 of the lettuce away because it was bad, brown and mushy. I noticed the only other couple in store, the wife got a salad and was picking hers apart as well.
The bathroom was absolutely horrible, I've seen truck stops with better bathrooms

Man this place must be run by kids because every time we attempt to come through the drive thru NO ONE EVER TAKES YOUR ORDER. It could be lunch time, it could be dinner time. Just mark this location as always closed.

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line the manager comes out and says the drive thru is closed can't you read the sign which was on the ground and says you have to come into the store so I journey into the store along with the other 10 people and all of sudden we are standing in line for another 15 minutes and funny how the manager is making jokes by the drive thru window with other employees with only one cashier working the front and mysteriously the drive thru window is open and they are taking care of these people instead of the people in the lobby so I said something and the manager becomes very defensive and rude towards me I spend a average of 75.00 a week in this place so I called the 800 number to voice my opinion and the they took my complaint and sent me a 10.00 gift card to buy my silence and the owner of this zaxbys was going to be in contact with me that's such a joke you can keep your 10.00 gift card I will spend my money else where
