Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Rude employees, I was door dashing and the guy at the counter refuse to remake an order that someone else grabbed that they should not have grabbed. I called the person that ordered the food and she stated that the only person she sees getting her food is me. I went back inside the store to explain this to this rude guy with the red shirt on that light skin dude with the Afro and he sat there and said well it is off our screen so it’s not my problem. Well, it is your problem because you gave food to somebody else that’s why y’all should have y’all stuff behind the counter and ask them for people name versus putting it out there for people who can’t read because obviously somebody who can’t read grabbed this lady food and now she gotta cancel her order lady’s food, her food that she was hungry and waiting on because y’all have a lack of empathy
for customers you do not care about people who are ordering food from you therefore, I feel like no one should even eat y’all food that make you unemployed

Sydni was amazing great attitude along with Nari & the whole front end that was working. Great group of young ppl. The food was fresh and hot thanks Dasia she even came out and asked how was the food the young lady can’t remember her name was cleaning the lobby making sure everything was nice and neat. Will definitely be back.

One of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had came at 1230 on july 24th and the staff was truly atrocious and on top of that got our order wrong

Got my order wrong, seen a few bugs, costumer terrible super disrespectful, on their phones whole time, lady with the black afro wig, bun, and 2 braids, heard them talking about costumers while I was waiting up front for my food

The food is OK but the friendless of the staff is a hit or miss. They curse a lot at the drive-thru window and have no idea that they can be heard. The food is also a hit or miss. The couple times I went, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease or cooked too long. They never put enough butter on the bread when I ordered the bread basket. It's OK, but it's definitely not my favorite spot. It's a last resort for some quick when I am hungry
