Im ALWAYS greeted immediately when I walk in, by a pleasant and helpful staff. Food is fresh made and hot. This has been my experience here dozens of times. Keep up the great work. The staff is a 10/10.

We ordered the new lemon pepper chicken tenders family meal. Came with toast and french fries. The only problem they seem to not be able to fix is how to keep the fries from being cold, soggy and dried out by the time you eat them. The toast is my favorite, but it too is cold. Chicken is warm enough. The lemon pepper added to the tenders is very good.

if i could give this location (shelby ray ct, charleston south carolina) a zero i would. i am consistently DISAPPOINTED with their food and service. i am CONSTANTLY caught waiting 30 mins to an hour to receive my food, just for it to be INCORRECT. something as simple as substituting a sauce for another sauce shouldnt be incorrect or getting toasty instead of fries should not be incorrect (ESPECIALLY WHEN THOSE ARE OPTIONS ON THEIR APP) . maybe this facility should stop hiring lazy teenagers who dont care about their job and then it'll succeed.

Not a good day to eat at Zaxby's. The employees are always nice and the service is very good, but the food quality seems to be declining and the cleanliness as well. I had their wings which were okay...a little overcooked and the teriyaki sauce tasted a little old plus there was just too much sauce for the number of wings. My husband had a Zax Snack (fries and chicken strips). The fries were a little greasy but otherwise good. The chicken stripes were over-salted. It took us three tries to find a booth that had clean seats.

I had a great experience at this zaxbys. The crew was very courteous and the manager on duty Ms. Belle was very professional handling the demand of the store. I will be back soon!!!

I ordered a 4 finger plate for delivery, slaw was not in any kind of container. The slaw juice was leaking out of the box and all over the other food and everything in the bag.

Update: I went through the drive-thru today around 1pm ish. I order the same thing I get every time I come (Kicken Chicken sub Tongue Torch for Zax Sauce) after placing my order, which was repeated back and understood clearly. I pull around to meet two awesome cashiers, both greeted with smile and order handed with no issues. After receiving my food, I didn't check it because I thought they did such a great job. My order will be right. I get home ready to eat open the box, and BAM, there is Tongue Torch on sandwich... I contacted Zaxby because, ironically, I was given a survey. I filled it out and then was contacted by the general manager, Zachary. After emailing, I was asked to do more explaining as to why this happened, and they will refund my order from a log book they keep at the store. I asked why a refund couldn't be done for me. Zachary stated that due to Zaxby's policy, he can not refund me due to a drive-through order. I told him I would not return again, keep my money, and wished him and his store the best of luck....
This hurts...
I love Zaxby's and all the heartburn I get, but today, I'm really disappointed in the service food and cleanliness of this establishment. We, as consumers, spend too much money on the raised prices here to have complete misses. Also, I'm missing an extra cup of Zax's sauce. No extra seasoning. Then, no sauces on the sandwich were the slap in the face for me and the kick out the door.
