There was a miscommunication with my order that was easy to fix and manager had rude snappy remarks for no reason while employees stayed professional. I usually like the food from here but her response and demeanor was completely unsettling and she needs to learn how to talk to customers.

chill ambience, clean and nice, unassuming from the outside for it was classy too. food was great and server was really nice. she’s been there for 15 years, which is a good sign.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, regularly placing call-in orders without issue. However, after a recent accident prevented me from picking up my food, I was shocked to learn that this single incident resulted in being banned from calling in altogether, no warning, no conversation, just blacklisted.

Despite my long history with the restaurant, the staff and management responded with blatant disrespect. They repeatedly hung up on me and showed zero empathy or professionalism when I tried to explain the situation. The food remains excellent, but the customer service is severely lacking. Be aware: one unforeseen event could cost you your relationship with this establishment, and don’t expect courtesy or understanding from the team behind the counter.

We love zens we eat here like once a week. The sushi is what we go for. It's the best in town.

Their vegetarian sushi options are hands-down my favorite in town! I have gotten multiple family members hooked. Sometimes you do have to wait a while when it doesn't appear very busy, even for take-out, but I have never once been disappointed and the prices are very reasonable. We will continue to be regulars!

I wouldn’t order from here again just off the strength that they’re charging $8 EXTRA on a Uber eats for the same meal. They are putting the cost to operate on Ubereats onto the customer. The “holy moly” roll is $16.95 at their restaurant and $24.95 on Uber eats. Bad business 👎🏻

Hair in food. I used to be a regular customer here, but after this recent experience, I won’t be returning. I found a hair in my food and called to inform the restaurant. The manager told me I’d have to drive 20 minutes back just to receive a partial credit on my order of sushi and calamari. That’s not how you handle customer service—especially when it involves a health concern. Disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fire Lake, he was an awful server. Terrible attitude and awful temper. Could hear him talking bad about his co workers all because he had a terrible night. On top of the food taking awhile and tasting mediocre. I would not recommend going too. This is an awful dirty establishment.

Very impressed for a buffet. Wide variety of options and clean.
