The customer service and coffee has gone down hill. I didn’t know all coffee was automatically made with whole milk. Other shops ask. Ms. Lela at the tin cup asks me every time. That’s why I go back to her. I will not come back to this place. The red-haired girl was very snarky with me. The way I was treated was in a way I have not been treated in so long. Funny thing is; I teach customer service.
Yesterday (December 31), my family and I stopped by on our way back to Atlanta around 10 a.m. I ordered an iced latte (16 oz), a hot chocolate (12 oz, but requested that it not be filled completely because it was for a 5-year-old child), and a cappuccino. I clarified that I wanted two espresso shots, as standard for a cappuccino, and only 4 oz of milk. I reiterated these directions several times.
