River’s Edge takes the humble burger and turns it into burger art. I’ve never seen such a precisely stacked creation come out of a kitchen—it looked like it had been engineered, not just cooked. The bun was perfectly domed, the lettuce laid flat without a single wilt, the tomato slice cut evenly, the pickle right in line, and the patty itself seared with a flawless crust. Everything was centered, layered, and balanced so well it felt like I was looking at a food magazine...
Staying in the area for a few days, looking for a breakfast/brunch location. Turns out breakfast is a bit hard to find in the area, but RE was open somewhat early. Anyway, had a hefty salad that was quite decent. Service was good, so would go again if in the area. 🥗🍳👍 #Breakfast #Brunch #Salad #Service #Food
Great food and service in this charming South Carolina town. I had the catfish nuggets with potato salad along with the broccoli salad. My wife had the Summer salad with chicken added. All the food was delicious with nice portions. I was too full for dessert. Our server Lori was friendly and helpful.
