Experience was not great at first not a major problem but the manager on duty and two team members corrected the problem without getting defensive!!! Great customer service please share this with them!!! I didn’t get their names!!!
Dear Cheraw Sonic:
If my teenagers are at your location, ordering food, hanging out with friends, not causing problems, and not parked in stalls - why do you feel the need to call the police and threaten to have cars towed?
I understand and support that they need to spend money at your location, but once they have placed an order why are they not allowed to hang out together? Your rule is that they must be in a car, so you would prefer they take up every stall with 1 person...read full review
