My 76 year old mother went through the drive thru in Chester SC with my dad. She ordered and paid for an 8 pc meal deal and an order of chicken strips. She paid $43.00 she was given a bag and left to come to my house where I had prepared the sides. When she arrived and we unpacked the bag, we noticed that the strips were missing, but 8 sauces were in the bag. She was not given a receipt. Haven't been here in a while. Now I remember why. We asked for a 8 piece meal with extra fries for the sides. Also, asked for them to be hot. Cold fries again. Then we asked for fresh fries. This rude don't wanna work person, Had the nerves to cuss for doing her job wrong. You had one job and you failed BooBoo

Bojangles is a popular restaurant with a drive-thru service. The staff is often working hard to meet demand and is always very friendly and professional, making customers feel like part of the family. The restaurant offers a variety of consistently good meals, including the rice bowl with grilled chicken, Cajun egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns, seasoned fries with extra seasoning, supremes, and the deluxe fish sandwich. The food is good and hot and they serve some of the best biscuits ever. Despite the location being very busy, the staff is super nice and accommodating.
