10 min wait for 2 steak biscuits. Did not give a cup for the tea that was ordered. Had an attitude when finally giving the cup. And then the tea was fermented along with burned biscuits. This was 7/23/25 at 6:15am.

Bojangles is always pretty good their tea however isn't always fresh tasting. I prefer unsweet tea and sometimes has a horrible flavor when i order it.

Ordered thru drive thru... Was supposed to get fries with meal but didn't get and my husband's coleslaw was out of date by 24 hrs and had a pink hair in it.

The lunch staff is always super nice and accommodating! The food is good and hot! The deluxe fish sandwich is my new favorite! We love the seasoned fries with extra seasoning and their supremes!

The staff at the Bojangles in Chester, SC is always very friendly and professional and makes you feel like a “part of their family”. They also serve very consistently good food and some of the best biscuits ever!!! I love going to this Bojangles!!!
Came in for breakfast thing in the morning and the place was a mess. It had not been cleaned from the previous day. Bathroom was disgusting and the dining room was dirty. They were also out of Boberry biscuits and the day had just started.
