For the first time ever in my life I came through the Bojangles to get me something to eat for me and the kids and we was almost home but I didn't feel like cooking it was a waste of $30 oh my God who can throw away money in this day and time I was so hurt when I bit down into my biscuit My biscuit was filled with dough cooked on the outside the chicken was very small and you can tell that it had been sitting there for a while they were in a hurry trying to get themselves together to clothes and my food was not hot at all or my fries I will never stop at this particular Bojangles again the young man that worked to drive through that night excellent very good attitude and have plenty of patience I had to wait on everything I ordered which I didn't mind doing it just that by the time we started driving up the highway and I bit my bread oh my God I didn't go back and complain cuz it was not worth it and I was not going to have a voice that was going to be heard

Spent nearly $50 on greasy asf hard fried chicken and mushy rice. The fries & tenders seem to hit with the kids. But 8 pieces of chicken no one wants. Rice made for someone on a soft diet smh, Please do better…this is the worst food I’ve gotten from this chain….and I’ve had it in the airport, twice! Two stars are for the super nice girl that works the drive thru…she’s was the best part of this experience. Give her a raise. Bye

This location is so busy in the mornings. They really need more help. Biscuits are sometimes over cooked. I asked for grape jelly in the drive-thru. I received none with my meal. Lancaster sc

I didn’t receive all of my order, what I did receive was wrong, the chicken was hard & dry, the biscuit was burnt & the lid wasn’t on the green beans & they spilled all over everything. Both meals were nasty & inedible

My biscuits were raw... and I do believe that they forgot to put the ham on my country ham biscuits and I had to wait 10 minutes for my Bo biscuits 😒 😑 😐

Bo rounds were cold and took them back. While waiting, 2 different employees were walking around eating hot fresh Bo rounds. When I asked, they told me to calm down and would be about a minute before they would be ready. They were too busy playing games for someone's birthday. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Ordered the 20 piece chicken and tenders combo. Of course they screwed it up and I got all chicken and no tenders.
They were short on help . But I went through drive thru and ordered $29 . and got thighs for breast. I probably had 10 fries in my supreme dinner which were cold but like I said they were working hard. But this is the second time it has happened.
