There are just 2 tables, its mostly for take out. But I eat here bc the steak Hibachi is so good. I live about 45 minutes away so if took it home it wouldnt be as good cold and needing reheated. This is the best steak Hibachi from a take out spot I have ever eaten. The steak is so tender. The only reason I visit Chester is for UMI
Great food and never watered down. The Sushi is great!
Hot and sour soup is about the best you are going to get anywhere. I judge all other hot and sour soups off this place.

The taste does vary, but it is always better than other places best days. Best $6 you will ever spend.

UMI Hibachi Grill offers great service and hot, tasty food at affordable prices. The restaurant, although small with limited seating, caters to takeout orders efficiently. Their steak bowl and chicken and shrimp rice bowl are highly recommended dishes. Vegetarian options are available with lots of vegetables. Parking can be limited at times. Customers love the flavorful food, especially the general tso chicken, which balances heat and sweetness perfectly. Don't miss out on trying their delicious YUM YUM sauce.
