Placed an order through the app with 4 cookies on it. Got to the window - they had accepted the order before realizing they were out. Unable to replace them with nuggets but offered oatmeal bars (eww). So suggested I cancel the order and rerun it. The app wouldn't let me so I went inside and was told they had no control over that and I'd need to call corporate.
