“Placed an order through the app with 4 cookies on it. Got to the window - they had accepted the order before realizing they were out. Unable to replace them with nuggets but offered oatmeal bars (eww). So suggested I cancel the order and rerun it. The app wouldn't let me so I went inside and was told they had no control over that and I'd need to call corporate. I don't do well with confrontation and know some things are out of their control but I was frustrated. Went to the car upset and started fussing about paying $25 and not getting my food. A manager or another employee heard me upset while in the car on their break and offered to go make the cookies to save me the headache of corporate. I could've cried. Just going inside the restaurant to complain was difficult for me so having someone make it okay - made my day. I know it's just cookies but putting forth that extra effort made my stressful evening better. Thank you ?“
“The drive through associate at window 2 (food and drink passage) held up the line while her family or friends chatted with her (at window 2) for a minute or so however, she did greet me with a smile when I finally got to the window. I only bought a cup of tea and it was satisfying.“
“They have redeemed themselves. The monster burger tastes as good as ever, but the onion rings are really good, homemade, red onion, lightly breaded, and delicious. Then, they are making the best fried mushrooms also. I hate I ever found out about how good they are because now I want to get them all the time. Sweetest, friendliest staff always extra nice and helpful. A little pricey, but with food cost the way they are, I ain't even mad because it's worth it.PS. The Ranch is homemade, too.“
