Cyclone Drive-In Restaurant

This was our very first visit to Cyclone, and it definitely won’t be our last! Me and my husband stopped by on our way home from visiting our daughter in Chester, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere just felt good. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and really attentive. Our food came out hot and delicious — everything was made just right.

We were honestly impressed all the way around. Great people, great service, great food. We’ll happily be back!

EDIT. Was in today for a burger and fries and had a German cockroach 🪳 crawl along the wall beside me. Then found a roach egg sac on the table by the salt shaker. This never happened in the 45 years I have been going. I have to remove it from my list of Chester restaurants.

The cyclone is a great restaurant that has been in Chester for many years and has consistently produced great food. Their baked potatoes are delicious, especially with their own sour cream that is a must have. They have many choices on the menu from Southern cooking, to pasta dishes to sandwiches. Everything I've ordered has been great. Even their tea is awesome. You definitely have to check out the cyclone when in Chester!

Enjoyed lunch after church while visiting Chester, SC. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent dining experience

Had the cheeseburger which was really good. They cut back on the fries. Tea was waaaaay too sweet gave me a headache. The server that brought my plate just tossed it on my table and a few fries slid off. I am trying to be closer to Christ so I let it slide off of me. Another patron saw it. Otherwise, the burger made up for it. Good parking and dining area was clean.

Everyone is so friendly love their soup.
