Gene's Restaurant is historic. The food is great. I especially like the breakfast. Gene's has the best country sausage i ever tasted. The waitresses are so kind and I really enjoy going here. I've begun eating the lunch. It tastes very good also. Gene's meats, especially the country sausage at breakfast can't be beat.
Home cooking that is good. Service is awesome!! Have eaten here several times for different meals & we have never been disappointed. Baked ziti is good. Cheeseburger is awesome!! They put their homemade chili on the bottom bun.

First time visit. It was recommended by literally everyone I know. It was a bit hard for me to find at first. Inside, I found the cafe vs buffet style a bit confusing at first. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and patient though. The food was excellent, and the service was really quick. I'll definitely be going back!
