This is a place that has great service, great food, and reasonably priced. There is room for improvement on the overall cleanliness and attention to health and safety.Server was kind, respectful, patient and helpful but some of the cutlery showed signed of ineffective cleaning. Staws were given to my group without a protective cover on them. I had the grilled pork chops special with two sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy was sold out for the day. I choose fried squash and rice and gravy instead. I wasn't partial to the fried squash but my Honey Bunny liked it. I asked for potato salad to swap it out. Overall, the grilled chops were good! Flavorful, not over cooked and the rice and gravy was a great compliment. I would return if I come back to Chester SC.

The Cyclone is an iconic restaurant in Chester and the food is amazing! Their homemade sour cream is the BEST! I've never had anything here that wasn't delicious!!! This particular visit I had the fried green tomatoes and Cyclone baked potato (ham, bacon and cheese with the amazing sour cream)! So good!!!
