Madison and Symphony lovely ladies , great food and service!
The food is about what you would expect from a poorly operated KFC. The problem here is definitely the service. Employees that occasionally put their phones down and do something. They close the doors whenever they don't want to deal with customers regardless of the business hours. They force you to go through the drive-thru. And they may or may not get your order right. It appears that the employees here just don't care.
Best dang fried chicken I've had in decades. The seasoning is the standard KFC goodness but the chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry at all. These people have it going on.
