The young guy at the window and the other 2 ladies there we’re VERY pleasant it’s just aggravating that when you walk next door from work the doors and inside is locked and you have to walk through the DRIVE-Thru.

The last two visits here were nice. The guys at drive thru and even the manager Sunday stuck her head out to ask if my partner needed assistance although he was just waiting next to me in a separate car. But keep up the good work!

Placed mobile order. Was to be ready by 6:18 pm. 6:30 still no food. Had to go thru drive through because lobby was closed. 2 cars behind us ordered and got their food before us. I understand they are understaffed, thus the order ahead method. Finally got our food 6:39 pm.

Says they open at 5:30 am on the sign, but won't unlock the door. Can't go through the drive through with a larger vehicle. 3rd time I've had this problem. RIDICULOUS LAZINESS!!! Employee sat there and watched me walk up to the door and never left his seat. Welcome to Chester.

Went through the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes on 5 plain burgers and a bacon cheese burger . I finally got fed up and left. Y'all need better people working. Instead of people who want to talk to their friends, instead of them doing their job.

This is twice this week alone I've come to Hardee's and wasted my money. If people are gonna spend their money with you the least you can do is make sure they are getting what they're paying for.
This is a horrible place!! I love Hardee’s but I never go here because although the food is good you will automatically lose your appetite with the way the staff treats you!! And it’s not one it’s all it’s like they pride theirselves in making peoples day horrible so I’m stuck going to McDonald’s in the morning because I can’t handle or stomach being treated like an annoying nuisance every time I try to order anything from this god awful racist ignorant place!!!😡

My food which was a steak biscuit was raw. I was eating it and put of no where when I got to the middle of the biscuit and took a bite it tasted like raw meat like something was off with it so I spit it out and it was pink. I didn't see pink when I took a bite but that is gross and wrong. People can get food poisoning from stuff like that

I don’t understand why I would have to pay over $10 for a combo meal that my burger was cold. My french fries were cold and soggy and my soda tasted water down!! Also I had to wait at the window for my food. I will not eat here again.
