I stopped by Hardee’s this morning on my way to work. I was kinda excited about having the Loaded omelette biscuit because I haven’t had it since I moved to Chester nearly 2 years ago. But here goes my experience. I ate the hash rounds on my way to work. They weren’t hot but they were kinda lukewarm and edible. I still enjoyed them. I get to work and took a bite out of the biscuit to begin chewing raw biscuit dough. I tried to at least savage the egg portion but it was covered with what looked and tasted like the cheese was put on yesterday. She the picture below of this horrible breakfast. I tried to called the store several times to speak to someone about this but the line kept hanging up so I go to the next best thing Google. I literally paid almost $9 for some hash rounds and a tea. What a waste of time and money. It looks like this is my first and last visit. I will count this as a loss but I won’t give you any more money for nothing.

None of our wraps were right... or sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together. And we waited on our food for over 10 minutes at the window.... won't go back

This was my first and probably last visit. My fries were luke warmish more on the cool side. I sat at the window for a few minutes there was no reason for cool fries.

The young guy at the window and the other 2 ladies there we’re VERY pleasant it’s just aggravating that when you walk next door from work the doors and inside is locked and you have to walk through the DRIVE-Thru.

The last two visits here were nice. The guys at drive thru and even the manager Sunday stuck her head out to ask if my partner needed assistance although he was just waiting next to me in a separate car. But keep up the good work!

Placed mobile order. Was to be ready by 6:18 pm. 6:30 still no food. Had to go thru drive through because lobby was closed. 2 cars behind us ordered and got their food before us. I understand they are understaffed, thus the order ahead method. Finally got our food 6:39 pm.

Says they open at 5:30 am on the sign, but won't unlock the door. Can't go through the drive through with a larger vehicle. 3rd time I've had this problem. RIDICULOUS LAZINESS!!! Employee sat there and watched me walk up to the door and never left his seat. Welcome to Chester.

Went through the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes on 5 plain burgers and a bacon cheese burger . I finally got fed up and left. Y'all need better people working. Instead of people who want to talk to their friends, instead of them doing their job.
