You can not enter the store. They have the door blocked off with plexiglass. You stand outside and place your order and they put the food through a plexiglass box. The sweet and sour chicken was freshly cooked and there was lots of it. It's not that it tasted bad, it just didn't have much flavor. The eggroll was decent but the pork fried rice was the best part of the meal.
The food is good, and customer service in person, is good. The only problem I ever have is calling and them not answering the phone, and also, the wait time for the food is very long. Waited for 30 mins for my food
I've not eaten Chinese food in Chester in years. Beef and broccoli, how hard can that be, right? Well, they got it wrong. The brown sauce was thick and sticky. I tried to just eat the broccoli but that thick brown sauce made it unpalatable. Thankfully, the egg roll was good.
