the workers there are rude and they don't care about you or your food. they gave me s dirty sandwich and the other one had HAIR in it. it was red. my hair is BROWN so is the rest of my family’s hair.

I just witnessed the most incredible acts of humanity I've seen publicly by a business in a LONG time at the KFC in Chester, SC. Their point of sale system was down, and in the middle of a state where 40% of the population doesn't have power. They could cook the food, so they were taking orders by pencil & paper with a PAY LATER system, until they got their registers running. They were feeding people. Hungry, tired, hurricane worn people. They treated everyone like fellow humans.

No one was upfront to help take my order so I had to do it myself I ordered a 8pc family meal usually it comes with a tea this time it didn't and when I asked for my tea they told me I had to buy one that if they was up there to ring me up it would have been free but since I did it myself it's not free! And they was a little nasty about it idk I won't be going back it's not the fact I had to buy it that just don't make any damn sense to me

Tried the chicken nugget meal. No sauce given. Fries were different tasting and did not like them. Tasted like it had the chicken batter on mashed potatoes. Yuck! Staff was to busy gossiping to get order right at window. Hubby had to ask for second drink & receipt.

The drugs they have at this location must be incredible because the food sucks and you'd have to be on drugs to mess up even the simplest request like they ALWAYS do... if you want to get sick eating old food, or if you want to get the wrong items in your order, or extra stuff added that you never requested, then go talk to the junky manager who's running this place for years and can't seem to get an order right... you have to be on drugs to not know how to make a plain sandwich. AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! THEY ARE PETTY THIEVES AND JUNKIES!
