Best dang fried chicken I've had in decades. The seasoning is the standard KFC goodness but the chicken was cooked perfectly. Not dry at all. These people have it going on.

The 1 star is for the customer service. Rude customer service at the drive thru. I couldn't hear clearly through the speaker and I ask to repeat and employee yell the response with an attitude at 3:49pm on 10/28/25. After that, I did not even want the food. I rather go to the one in Richburg, very much polite. That is unprofessional and very distasteful.

I ordered from KFC all the time for pickup and I've never had an issue but this time my order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, I know the bag seemed too light to have my entire order in there so when I got to the car I checked and half the order literally was missing so I went back in and some girl with purple hair argued with me another gentleman seemed a somewhat friendlier and he said oh she's missing all her tenders and biscuit so I get back out to the car check my order again and the biscuit is missing! I go back in and say oh please don't kill me jokingly, and the girl with the purple hair said what? Very rude very rude! I said I'm missing the biscuit and she said no you're not I packed that biscuit myself I didn't feel like getting called a liar I didn't get the biscuit but I paid for and I probably will not go back So rude

the workers there are rude and they don't care about you or your food. they gave me s dirty sandwich and the other one had HAIR in it. it was red. my hair is BROWN so is the rest of my family’s hair.
I just witnessed the most incredible acts of humanity I've seen publicly by a business in a LONG time at the KFC in Chester, SC. Their point of sale system was down, and in the middle of a state where 40% of the population doesn't have power. They could cook the food, so they were taking orders by pencil & paper with a PAY LATER system, until they got their registers running. They were feeding people. Hungry, tired, hurricane worn people. They treated everyone like fellow humans.

No one was upfront to help take my order so I had to do it myself I ordered a 8pc family meal usually it comes with a tea this time it didn't and when I asked for my tea they told me I had to buy one that if they was up there to ring me up it would have been free but since I did it myself it's not free! And they was a little nasty about it idk I won't be going back it's not the fact I had to buy it that just don't make any damn sense to me
