McDonald's is fine but I've gotten out of going there over the years because the line is ridiculously long and my order isn't always correct and the food just isn't worth it to me. But my son loves it so I will go, but a majority of the time the ice cream machine is down or something isn't working to get a frappe. I went in there one night to pick up a DoorDash order and it was taking forever and nobody seemed in a hurry to get anybody's order filled They were standing around talking and goofing off. I remembered how I worked for McDonald's corporation in high school and nobody was ever just standing around goofing off, we were running around like crazy because we didn't like people waiting.

Tables were all dirty we had to clean our own table, no straws, no ketchup and the cashier talk so low I had to ask her to repeat almost everything.

Fix the ice cream machine for #1, no need of having what's new on the menu if you can't order it. The food is usually warm, not hot!
