The morning crew are very rude had food DoorDash to me it was missing food called to let them know and employee on the phone was nasty then she hung up on me definitely not professional these kids they have running these restaurants are bringing them down corporate Better step up and fix this before they don’t have any customers I definitely will not go back

Now you’re probably wondering why I gave 5 stars for everything but the overall experience. Well number one every time I get a 10 piece nugget it’s only 8. I know I shouldn’t be mad but I am being charged for 10. This has happened to me every time. I guess most people just hungry they don’t think to count them. I figured if you’re doing it to me. How many others are not getting their 10?

Come on Wendy’s I asked for extra pickles, lettuce, and ketchup. Only you gave me two pickles and a itty bitty tiny tiny little piece of lettuce and the french fries suck. They taste like they have been re-cooked a few times disgusting I’m not coming back.

This is the worst Wendy’s anyone could go to! Ordered food from them and nothing arrived freshly or semi fresh made. Food seems as it’s been sitting for at least 30 minutes before they sent it out. And to top everything…it wasn’t our correct meals!

I only get 30 minutes for lunch.... I specifically ordered 2 cheese cups with my food. When we got to window the young man stated he didn't know how to ring them up.... the the lady proceeded to tell me I had to go ALL the way back around for some cheese cups....... no thanks. They need new everybody and everything
I ordered drive thru and 5 for 5. The asked that my order be cooked fresh! However when I got my order everything was cold! I can not respond on the atmosphere, bc I ordered drive thru!

Prices are getting so high, food was fine but the soda fountain was out of every but 3 flavors. Lobby was kind of dirty, took almost 5 minutes to get someone to take our order and there was no air. It was very hot inside.

Well, I never thought a place of business can be so disrespectful. To start with I'm working on a job in the area that had me eaten at this very Wendy's in Chester SC a couple time a day on many occasions. To such a point I felt like I knew most of those that worked here, and I never had a problem until today, 2/06/25 around 1:45 pm. I ordered my food, drove up to the window, where they were quick to give me my food. But since the truck in front of me was still waiting for his order to be brought out to him because it obviously wasn't ready yet. I decide to sit there a minute because no one is behind me, there's still a truck in front of me, and I'm really not in a hurry, so I was getting ready to eat and drive. Then the trouble began! This employee came to the window and asked me to pull forward, in a rude tone. I told her there's someone in front of me still. She tells me to go around them. Now keep in mind, there's no one behind me, and I tell her that again, and that I'm not in a hurry... That when she says, the timer won't stop until I pull off. So does this mean the truck in front of me hindering me from moving, pulled forward to stop some timer, but still didn't have his food yet? Regardless this employee was rude and had the gull to say she was going to call the cops. 🤣 I told her to call them. Lol Unfortunately this Wendy's has lost my respect to a point that's beyond repair, which sucks because most of Chester SC for food it awful. So for those of you that want to gamble on this Wendy's, watch out for the old gray haired lady with dirty teeth! You can't miss her. She is as rude as they come!
