Went to order 4 piece tenders and small fries.. one of the lady cooks was bagging my fries, grabbed my food like nobody was watching!! No gloves just grabbed them so unsanitary. And gone ask “ how else am I supposed to grab them!! PUT SOME GLOVES ON WOMEN!!! Touched all my fries bare hands I’m not eating that so new fries. thank you.. (i did ask for fresh fries, she said they are fresh they just came up and walked off. I wasn’t even done talking to the lady). So rude! Unprofessional. Don’t be mad of what you caused.

Third time in a row now they have gotten my order wrong the parking lot is shaped to where it's hard to stop without blocking in other people trying to order. I checked to make sure my burger was playing made sure they were surprised saw the little box assuming chicken nuggets were in it got home know they gave me a large fry and a small fry instead of chicken nuggets in one of them. It was supposed to be a biggie bag meal I have tried to call 10 times over now for 30 minutes no one answers. I don't want the rest of my food to get ruined and cold while driving all the way back up there for four chicken nuggets. Y'all could at least answer that way maybe my order could get remade another time when I'm out that way, yet no answer. And my order will never be remade. So I just have to let the $7 go. Y'all were so great for a while... The new employees not great. Everyone makes mistakes but this is a continuing problem now so I think we're done with this location

Worst Wendy’s around. System is AWAYS down, and they’re CONSTANTLY out of everything! Went today (it’s freezing and raining) surprise surprise, no Chili!! On a cold rainy day at 2pm y’all don’t have chili?!

Went at 1:30ish one car ahead, was told i had to wait before I could place order,. Prices are obviously wrong on board outside , it said $2.39 FOR A JR BACON and $1.79 for a small fry, they said $9 and change for 2 jrs and the fry. I told the girl at the window that the sign needed to be updated she laughed and turned away. I left with the order an when I got home I realized both sandwiches were cold obviously not fresh made. I tried to call an it just rings till it cuts off. Last trip here.

The morning crew are very rude had food DoorDash to me it was missing food called to let them know and employee on the phone was nasty then she hung up on me definitely not professional these kids they have running these restaurants are bringing them down corporate Better step up and fix this before they don’t have any customers I definitely will not go back

Now you’re probably wondering why I gave 5 stars for everything but the overall experience. Well number one every time I get a 10 piece nugget it’s only 8. I know I shouldn’t be mad but I am being charged for 10. This has happened to me every time. I guess most people just hungry they don’t think to count them. I figured if you’re doing it to me. How many others are not getting their 10?

Come on Wendy’s I asked for extra pickles, lettuce, and ketchup. Only you gave me two pickles and a itty bitty tiny tiny little piece of lettuce and the french fries suck. They taste like they have been re-cooked a few times disgusting I’m not coming back.

This is the worst Wendy’s anyone could go to! Ordered food from them and nothing arrived freshly or semi fresh made. Food seems as it’s been sitting for at least 30 minutes before they sent it out. And to top everything…it wasn’t our correct meals!
