If u go after breakfast the fries never have seasoning on them and they almost always mess up my biscuit order. I ask for an egg biscuit and they always ring up an egg and cheese. Even if u specify seasoned fried they'll still give u no seasoning or only a few fries will have a bit of seasoning. And always asking if I want a bo berry biscuit or 2 bo berry cookies is getting insanely annoying, I understand it's an automated thing but seriously, if I wanted one I'd ask for one.

My go to Bojangles. Nice because dinner boxes are served at 10:30 which I heat up at noon in oven for lunch. Breast and wing box with rice and beans and small slaw is a filling meal. Put slaw in fridge , Slice biscuit add butter. Wrap biscuit in foil before heating.Chicken Comes out crisp and still tender.Just keep a eye on it. Quick, friendly staff.Do your morning shopping and have a nice noon meal.Done right it's as good or better than dining in.

This place could definitely use some moral and proper customer service training. I love the new AI drive thru but the getting the food at the window has taken on a new stage of why are you even here bothering me at work? AND do NOT ask for a cinnamon biscuit you will get told impolitely we don't have any and will not make you one. Maybe take it off the menu?

Check your order! Drive 30+ minutes for dinner to get home and find they missed two meals. Came back and they made it weight by giving us a couple biscuits for in the morning. Would have preferred it been right the first time but they apologized and made it right the best they could.
Probably the hardest biscuit I've ever had. Never had a bad experience till that day

Just got two dinners at the Chesterfield BJ , first thing they have a Robot order placing, that was just the beginning , they did not have a leg to go with my thigh so they asked me if Two thighs would be okay, I said sure as long as it was not cooked this morning, my sides were cold slaw and fries, the biscuit was hard and not enough fries to make a good tator biscuit, hold on let me tell you about the overcooked super small thighs, I understand why they were overcooked they were so small and were not removed on time. We also got a three wing dinner with the same results, The positive thing that I can say is the slaw was delicious. I’m not going to mention the price because I know their food costs is outrageous just like mine.. If I had one thing to say it would be don’t save too much money and loose customers 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

They pulled us up and my husband went in to wait for them. It was the hottest, freshest Cajun filet biscuit we have ever had! Thank you! We were just hungry, no rushing.
