I must say that This Wendy’s has a system that actually works when ordering from the app. You may wait a little while for your order but nothing overly stressful. The staff is always on point and the food is usually pretty good and fresh, they very rarely disappoint and when they do they’ve got a stellar customer service team that goes above and beyond. I love our local Wendy’s Restaurant, keep up the good work!

$11.79 for a meal that's cold and you waited for it, all Wendy's need a manager on duty that actually pay attention to its workers and the quality of food. Or shut them down hardly ever see more than 3 cars at a time there. Hint hint

We wait a good while if I didn’t already pay for my food I would’ve left cause the girl with pink hair the whole time I was sitting in the line waiting for my food was on FaceTime and talking loud and cussing and my kids can hear what she was saying and playing with her hair and if my 5 year old said he isn’t eating his food because she was in her hair then you know it’s bad and kept asking me what I ordered like she is supposed to know what I ordered

I don't understand how this store is still open. Maybe they need new managers and definitely new employees. Anytime I go, its like they are mad you're there. Plus it seems they cant read the receipts because more often than not, I have to correct my orders and they get an attitude when you do. Im sorry i want what i ordered and paid for. Its sad that if I want decent service and food, I have to drive 20 minutes to the Cheraw Wendy's instead of the one literally 5 minutes from my house. And I think the managers dont care, because I have called and reported times they have been overly rude or the food obviously subpar. Its like they don't care.

This restaurant is a chaotic mess. Ordered through the app, only to be stuck in a 20-minute drive-thru nightmare, watching the car ahead send back food twice because the staff clearly can’t get it together. When I finally got my order, it was half-complete, forcing me to park and march inside to grab what they forgot. Surprise, surprise—got home to find a burger with all the wrong toppings. The app order was crystal clear, so this isn’t a mix-up; it’s straight-up incompetence. Save yourself the headache and avoid this disaster of a place.

the owner is cruel. old man comes in to get a brake from the heat and this lady says he can't sit for 5 minutes to catch a brake and told the staff not to get him anything. why own a food business if you ain't got a heart.
if all ain't welcome then nobody is welcome. this state is know for the heat that view was just disturbing to watch a human be treated with discuss. dont come here unless you want attitude and police called on you.
made my meal unpleasant. Just sad.

The dining room sure looks nice. I’d love to visit! But at 7:05 am it wasn’t unlocked, even though the door says open at 6:30 am.

If you were looking for someplace that you can trust that you were gonna get your order made correctly and that the food is going to be handled safely and properly this is not where I would be going to eat. I have tried this several times here and literally every time four times I’ve been to this restaurant and they have messed up my order For no reason other than people just don’t care about their job anymore how they’re performing their job and the standards and efficacy of what they’re doing. I wouldn’t trust this food. I wouldn’t eat at this restaurant. Good luck.
