Placed an order a few nights ago and they gave me the wrong sandwiches and the wrong fries. I called and was told they would replace my order. When i arrived to have it replaced, i was hassled by the workers there and they were very rude. They told me i could only get half my order replaced. They finally got in touch with the person I spoke to and told me i could come get my entire order replaced. Two beef and cheddar sandwiches and 2 orders of curly fries. I asked for sauce and they gave me none. They also made me pull around and wait for 15 minutes for my order. I got home and looked at my sandwiches and they put about 2 slices of roast beef on them. Absolutely ridiculous! Rude and entitled staff. Not worth the wait for the quality of food i received. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WORST EXPERIENCE AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IVE EVER HAD!!!!

There are 2 managers in this Arby’s who are outstanding every time I’m here. Short lady with dark hair and blonde headed fella with red shirt it’s customer service like this that’s appreciated coming from former fast food general

I got a rubin sandwich and it was disgusting! The sourkrout was mush..the meat was just a little mound inside 2 piece's of stale bread! NEVER AGAIN!

Spent over $50 for food, was missing a sandwich; called and was told"come back and I will make it right". Got back home only to find my wrap was wrong, called again and Brandon said "come tomorrow and I will make sure you get your wrap the way you want". AWESOME customer service!!!
Great workers and good food! Mario gotta be one of the best managers i’ve seen handle a place.

From the moment I walk in to Arby’s in Clemson I was greeted professionally which warmed my heart immediately! The customer service from Jessica was very friendly.Absolutely amazing and fresh. Jessica personally made my order fresh and it was DELICIOUS!I usually do not have great experience at fast food restaurants but Jessica and the atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel like I was dining at my own home.I will definitely be returning to Arby’s of Clemson in the future.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 940pm, waited 10 minutes and no one ever came on to take my order. I called inside the resturant at 950pm asked what time they closed. I was told 10pm but they were already closed and couldn't take my order at 950pm and was promptly hung up on. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
