A couple of weeks ago my husband went to the Clemson Arby’s and ordered two meals to go. Both meals were incorrect, fries were cold and unsweetened tea horrible. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to said to come back anytime and they would make it right. Today I went back and although no record of me calling in was listed, the manager, Bryan, made it right. Thank you

We were traveling from Ohio and needed some lunch. The service was quick and fresh and the boss lady was on her game! She was kind not only to us but we could hear her interacting with her staff and she was so kind and kept them motivated during a lunch rush! Arby’s is my quick service and I was very pleased with our experience!
