To the guy in the grey shirt that was working the window October 5, 2025 at 1:20 go find something you love to do because that job is not for you! You was beyond rude at the intercom and the window! “ I’m just tired” is not excuse to talk or treat anyone any kind way because your in your feelings you need to do better and get yourself together before you come to work! If you so tired go to bed earlier next time!

The lady at the counter was new. She watched me place my order on the app but it somehow got messed up between online and what the receipt showed ~
She took it right to manager who fixed it it immediately !
Great team work by your staff ~ perfectly executed fix to something that wasn't even their fault !

I truly hope that someone from corporate looks at these reviews! I just want to say that I have been to quite a few Arby’s in my days, and this one by far is the best! We recently moved to Clemson in June and are 3 min away from this location. I hate fighting Clemson blv, so it’s a great thing me and my family like Arby’s. Customer service is always superb!
