I order from this Chick-fil-A often and the last few times have been subpar. Today I waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. Not sure if they were down employees today, but no one outside taking orders when the drive thru is packed. I received lukewarm chicken nuggets and a medium fry ,( I had ordered a large) which is disappointing to say the least for the amount of time I waited in line.
I did not feel like the customer service was handled very well. I went inside to pickup a mobile order. I stood there probably 10 minutes waiting for my order. Nobody ask if I needed anything. I finally ask where my order was and here it was sitting behind the counter. While I was standing there one of the employees was not acting very manner ly and was throwing things at another employee.
