I ordered on the app as a walk-in. I walk-in 5 minutes after I ordered just to continue waiting. I’m currently waiting in the lobby. No one else in here but me. Both workers are in the back on the phone. I had to make my presence none and ask them to start making my order. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.

I ordered(on the app) a nitro cold brew, and an iced latte for someone else, a few weeks ago. I drove to the Clemson, SC location, to pick it up. When I arrived, the young lady at the drive thru(who was very nice btw), informed me that their latte machine was broken, and their nitro was out. Dirty bathroom BOTH times I've been and they can't get an order right to save their lives ! Then wanted to brush it off by just adding the correct item to the mistake and saying "everyone makes mistakes! Ive been to this location TWICE and TWICE they got it WRONG ! Never again Lazy way out ! Should have waited to tip. Should have know better but GLAD I checked BEFORE I walked out !
