Just my 2nd time going through the drive thru and had to shout out Brody, dude kills it with his personal service and making 1 minute feel like 10 seconds. Of course he’s the man in charge too

Dutch Bros Coffee offers lots of teas and coffees, both hot and iced. Drinks are good, and the drinks are great, though slightly overpriced but not too bad. Customers can buy energy bobas and sliders; the sliders were a little smaller than expected. The drive thru can be busy as usual, and inside has music playing pretty loud, so it would be hard to have a conversation while inside without having to speak up. One visit included a wait of about 5-10 minutes for a drink ordered inside. An app order once took 45 minutes, while customers ordering at the counter and in the drive thru received their orders in a timely manner. A later app order through the drive thru moved quickly even when busy, with drinks outstanding and service top-notch. The employee who took an order was very polite and informative, and another employee helped pick a drink without making anyone feel like a burden for asking questions. It was like talking to a good friend.
