I must say the atmosphere in every Mellow Mushroom I’ve been to is great! Ever since the one where I live closed down, I’ve been looking for the right opportunity to try it again and this was it. This spot was great and had especially good service, with our waitress who was extremely friendly and attentive. Not to mention the hostess and manager who were also great. One of the best "Mellow Mushrooms" we've been to. I got a personal sized peperoni, sausage and sprinkled blieu cheese pizza, my wife got a gluten free combo pizza. Both were loaded with fresh, tasty ingredients. My wife is usually disappointed with gluten free pizza. Not this time. Server seemed genuinely friendly and enjoying their job, not just another college student putting in their time. Would definitely go back if it wasn't far from home.
The pizza was great as always! However, what made this night great was our two year old son was watching the crew throw the dough around and was mesmerized, and the girl at the front counter brought him a tray with a small piece of dough to play with! He had a blast! Thank you!
