I normally just order ahead at this Starbucks but today I ordered in person and was met with exceptional customer service! The workers were so kind complementing my name and outfit along with getting my food and drink out quickly. Truly brightened my day and made me want to order in person more often just based off the kindness of the workers alone.
Every time I come here it’s hit or miss. Sometimes my drinks are made well and sometimes they aren’t. I think some of the staff need to be better trained on how to make the drinks. One time I ordered the mocha cookie crumble frappe and it was horrible. It tasted like straight coffee blended with ice. None of the ingredients that are supposed to be added were added.
Amber the girl taking orders was rude. She said, “we’re out of regular coffee”.

Starbucks offers a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Despite a minor issue with coffee availability, the team is quick, sweet, and knowledgeable. Customers appreciate the excellent service and delicious drinks, like the Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit refresher, recommended by the staff. A visit to this Starbucks location is sure to brighten your day.
