When we arrived for our reserved (and paid) session, we found the place locked. After knocking, calling, and emailing, we finally got a response that they could reschedule us for later in the day. We were already on our way out of town by that point, so asked for a refund and were told, no problem. They never processed the refund, and after multiple attempts to reach someone we never got any further response.
If I could give less than one star I would.

TLDR: DON’T BOOK ONLINE - WASTE OF MONEY If I could put ZERO stars I would! Visiting from out of town, booked online and payment was taken out the account immediately but once we arrived we found the place locked and empty! Absolutely no communication from the establishment - phone number now belongs to a new place of business and isn’t even associated with this axe place. Tried messaging several times to no avail. We waited and waited and still haven’t received any communication. Unfortunately seems this is a new trend of this place… Not only does it cost people valuable time and ruin plans but they’re literally scamming you out of your money. If you’re understaffed turn off your online booking?! Duh.
