I loved the ambience of the place. It was a perfect place for a get together with friends and colleagues from the University. I would highly recommend this place for drinks and food. My personal recommendation for beer lovers is to try out the beer from the Shiner brewery from Texas.Overall it was a nice experience during the middle of a hectic work week.
One of the best lowkey dive bars in downtown clemson. Cannot rave enough about Nicks. Known as more of the graduate/professor bar, they cater well to people who are nit picky about their cocktails and food selections, but each come at a very reasonable price. Known for their mozzarella sticks (best in Clemson).The bartenders are always super knowledgeable and friendly; they know how to pair good cocktails well and even create cocktails that may not be listed on the menu for you....read full review

Excellent food. Have been there twice now. Fried pork , collard greens, and garlic mashed potatoes was EXCELLENT!!!!!! Good beer selection. Nice atmosphere. Definitely an asset to the area.
