“Food was excellent. Service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was like a normal restaurant nothing too special. I wanted to try this restaurant for the food of course but heard of other Mellow Mushroom restaurants more decorative to reflect the name. Making it a better experience along with the food and service. I was a little disappointed about that but will definitely eat there again. Looking forward to going to other Mellow Mushroom restaurants to get the full experience.“

But if you like a cheap bear, top notch-friendly and family-like atmosphere, and cool, friendly people and old-school stuff, then keep on reading.You turn onto Sloane Ave. from College Blvd., just across from the back entrance/valet of the Shepherd Hotel. It's a small bar and, of course, a dive with lots of graffiti. They are usually open until 7 PM. It's not your late-night college bar, although a bunch of college regulars will also flock to the place. They have a pool table. You also can play your music all day/evening long! Classic Rock is the vibe, though.Two drafts on tap. Nati Light and Narragansett Lager. Draft for a dollar and a pitcher for seven bucks! Yes, I typed that right! Besides, most domestic beers are available for about three bucks each. All are served with a koozie. All you can get is only popcorn with your beer, but you can bring your pizza and have a good time with your friends. Hey, you got it! Jimmy, Beth, and Sydney are awesome behind the bar and make your day better! They will make you feel welcome and greet you by your name every time. One Sydney shared a great story, and I thought that was awesome! Sydney, a Political Science major at Clemson, told her Dad that she got a bartending job, and her Dad was not happy about that, and Then she said to him that she got that job at the "Sloane Street Tap Room," and her Dad was surprisingly silent! She nervously asked, "What, Dad?." Dad slowly answered, "I worked there too when I was at Clemson!." Wow!!! Congratulations, Sydney, you are not only a legacy student at Clemson, but you are also a legacy bartender too! How cool is that? Sloane Street Tap Room is different! Check it out!“
“Ok... honest review from a person that's been going to this establishment on and off for the past, well, almost two decades. This is by far the best bar in Clemson...period. I dare say it's the best in the great state of SC, and I've been to quite a few others. No matter where you are from, what you look like, or what team you cheer for; TTT's is a place where you'll find yourself having a great time. I can't say enough about the staff. They are the best part of this legendary place. No matter how busy it is (and it does get busy), they will always provide you with the best service around, and with a smile on their faces. This bar will forever hold a special place in my heart. I hope it stays open forever. Long live Tiger Town Tavern!!!“
“The staff is extremely friendly. Nice little bar area in the lobby. Rooms were big (I stayed in a King Suite) and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and the stadium, so I didn't have to drive around to find parking to eat...just walked downtown from the Abernathy. Was a little loud until about 10:30 pm because it's across the street from the intramural fields, but that was also part of the awesomeness. If you want to feel the college experience, stay at this place!“
“This place is the best & by far my new favorite! The food is always hot fresh & delicious! But the service that every single one of the employees have given has been awesome! The atmosphere is really cool & I just love it!!!! I also would like to mention Lance....very kind very thoughtful & amazing cook!“
