“This was a nice surprise to find on campus at the Walker golf course. We expected overpriced food and a stuffy atmosphere, but this was anything but! There is a nice view of Lake Hartwell and an open air feel when the pass-through window is open. The food was exactly what we were looking for in a lunch spot (sandwiches, salads, bites, etc) and at a great price. I read reviews about the portions being generous and found that to be true. Definitely a spot we will visit again!“

“Go to Mac's once a week. The burgers are always great and my wife swears by the cheeseburger steak and chicken fingers. I always get salad with thousand island to go with my double cheeseburger and fries. Occasionally I go to something else, but I always come back to that double cheeseburger. Don't forget your cash they don't take cards, but they do have an ATM inside the store if you want to use that.“

“Attractive decor, great service but the bread loaf was very hard on the ends and the Beef Wellington was just Ok, usually mushrooms are on the inside and not added as a side also, and I didn't taste the a dijon flavor on the outside. The whole dish was dark and heavy. Some color on the plate would look more appetizing possibly. We would return to try again.“
