I love steamed sandwiches, but I thought the closest one was Parton's Deli in Gatlinburg. I'm really happy I found Sully's! It has the right feel for a kind of niche sandwich shop in a college town (it doesn't look franchise/artificial), the menu is excellent, the service is good, and, based on my experience last night, the steamed sandwiches are just exactly right.
I'm not eating meat at the moment, so I had one of the vegetarian offerings. While I have no doubt that the meat ones are even better, my sandwich had fresh ingredients on a good bagel (i.e. it tasted good and didn't fall apart from the steam treatment) and tasted great. Kudos Sully's!

Had lunch today with my wife. The sandwiches were Excellent My wife had the Reedy Rueben and she said that her sandwich was the best that she ever had. I had the Italian sandwich and it was delicious and the best that I have ever had!! The staff was very polite and courteous.

I made an order from DoorDash. Not only did it get to my place over an hour late, but as I ate my food I realize they did not give me my coffee. And then continued eating my food and bit down on something hard and it turned out to be a plastic gem like what you used to bedazzle things.

I had the nacho maximus sandwich and it was possibly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The ingredients taste high quality and the bagels are out of this world. The sandwich came out of the wrap STEAMING with deliciousness. Every single bite that graced my mouth tasted better than the last and when the sandwich was done I was full, but devastated that my sandwich dining experience was over. The service is also outstanding with a very friendly team running the building. Even when I door dashed from this restaurant over a 30 minute delivery the sandwiches still arrived hot and delicious. Overall I would go to war for the nacho maximus.

The ingredients on this sandwich is not balanced. That throws the flavors off. The salmon has the texture of canned smoked salmon. There’s better smoked salmon bagels elsewhere. This is not a New Jersey or New York style bagel.
I suggest going to Einstein Bagels if you want a bagel with a higher quality Salmon. I typically would not recommend Aramark, but they used quality salmon at Einstein the last time I ate there. I graduated culinary school with honors. I know much about food and ingredients. The salmon on the sandwich I was served, pictured above, is canned.
