This store has been here for quite a few years now. Over time it has gotten worse insofar as how long it takes to get a meal. My family has visited here less and less but occasionally we hope for the best and try again. Arby's food is good, but the wait is horrible. We had to wait for 5 minute, alone at the counter, for anyone to acknowledge us. The employee was nice so that wasn't the problem but other employees looked at us and didn't even offer to say that...

This is one of my favorite Arby's to visit. Food is always good and staff is always friendly. I tried the mobile ordering for the first time when I recently visited. It worked great , but they did forget my marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. No big deal though. I will visit again when I'm working in this area!
