I’ve stopped by this coffee spot four times now. The very first visit, right after they opened, was really impressive—but the last three trips have been disappointing. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get just two coffees when there are fewer than five cars ahead in line. On top of that, their “light ice” option seems completely misunderstood—they pile it in so the cup is mostly ice from top to bottom, leaving you with barely 4 ounces of actual coffee. Honestly, it’s frustrating because it used to be a great experience, but lately it feels like they can’t keep up with even a small crowd.

The quality and consistency at this location is always a shot in the dark for me. I’ve refrained from going here for a while, because the drinks tend to be more cream and less coffee. Tried again today, regrettably.
