I recently hired Ally and Eloise to make my wedding cake and it was wonderful. When I first reached out to the bakery for a cake tasting, I was easily able to book a date/time online. Upon arrival, there was a beautiful array of cakes to taste along with a personal employee there to walk us through each flavor and option. It was wonderful. Then, on my wedding day, they did an incredible job of delivering the cake to the location well and setting it up beautifully. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious, but it was decorated exactly as I always dreamed! Everything was truly wonderful and I am so grateful! Just went here for the first time and everything was wonderful. We tried the brownie, chocolate chip cookie dough cake, strawberries and cream cake, and a lemon bar and I can't even choose a favorite. I love the texture of the cakes so much. The woman working was lovely and I can't wait to go back.

I ordered a simple vanilla birthday cake with chocolate frosting from Ally & Eloise and it was just exceptional! The frosting was so rich and chocolatey and the cake was perfectly moist.

Stopped in on Saturday to check things out since I was in the mood for some baked goods. Thoroughly enjoyed the cheesecake bar sample I had and I bought a slice of carrot cake that is delicious! The only thing is I wish I had seen were some dairy-free options available since I have people in my life who cannot consume dairy. Maybe one day! For now, not a bad little bake shop. Very clean and the staffer working that day was very polite.

I ordered my 21st birthday cake from here, and I will say that the customer service is some of the best I have ever seen. After my cake had some unexpected issues and I left an initial review, I got a call from someone from the shop wanting to talk to me about it! They asked personal questions about my experience and gave me a full refund. Mistakes happen, but I think a truer sign of an amazing business is how they handle them, and this place truly did an amazing job.
The inside of the bakery is also extremely cute and all of the desserts are arranged beautifully. I will definitely be going back to try some new treats.
