It's a lot on this review first off when I called in my order the fella that took my order mood was not pleasant at all it was as if he didn't want to even work yet alone take my order once I had my order picked up my wings was fried so hard I couldn't even tell it was even chicken at all I called the location the young lady of color calm the situation so I felt comfortable bringing the order back once I got there I had to present the food which I felt the last waa rude then she tells me to throw it in the trash I felt that's her job I was told my order would be ready once I got there and it wasn't I was told to wait so I just got my money back I have never received service like this before and yet I have never spent less then 50 with them but it will be my last 50

I'm a semi reg customer of this facility. I walked in , I knew where bathroom was.When I came out this lady started a confrontation with me about using bathroom and asked if I was going to order. I said not now, even though I was going to. Tried to explain the law and she started raising her voice yelling at me for using the bathroom because I didn't order first ( really) . Tried to talk to manager she wouldn't allow the manager to talk plus I believe the manager froze up because of the yelling. I asked for her name and she refused and when I ask the manager for her name. She told the manager not to give it me!! She did, it was Kerri. Who was really the manager?I left feeling humiliation and felt I was targeted.Will not ever go back there again.I contacted Corporate in Atlanta left messages, next I will follow up with email.

I am visiting from NJ the cashier did not display good customer service when I asked how the wings came (amt.) She pointed to the wall and said "it's up there", I asked for a large tea she gave a small one and when I opened my food the wings were so hard I couldn't eat all of them. I wasn't pleased at all 2 out of 10 I really hope this improves for my next visit.

Everyone was nice food was delicious. Problem was taking money then handing my cup and food and another person comes in from home and just starts handling food without washing her hands and wipes her nose in the process.

Annoyed that I paid all this money (prices went up again) for food and they couldn’t even give me my seasoning on the side because “the manager said so.” Manager was rude and didn’t speak or say hi btw. My kid has allergies and would have been nice to have it on the side. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. For example, The gyro is dry and not a lot of sauce but had to pay $1 for more sauce. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

I always heard about the fries, so I decided to check them out for myself to see what the rave was about. Their fries are delicious! They were hot and seasoned just like I imagined. I also ordered an order of mozzarella sticks to go with it. The food was great, and customer service was amazing. I was pleased with my order. I will be purchasing again.

I absolutely LOVE everything about the Decker Blvd location. The customer service is always top notch. The food is always good and fresh and they give you hefty portions. I’ve never had a bad experience and I hope it doesn’t change.

I purchased the Vegetable Fried Rice and I must say it was delicious!! I had it delivered by door dash and it was still hot when it arrived, and to me that is major points!It wasn't over filled with onions, the rice was seasoned well and it had just the right amount of eggs. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Sooooo 1st time going to American Deli on G. Ferry. I cut my sandwich into 3rds, first bite was definitely BREAD. So I looked harder at my sandwich. An I'm extremely bothered at this philly sandwich? It has damn near NO MEAT! Literally only that little portion in center (No Joking, look yourself). They smoothered it in cheese, and with peppers so I didn't notice thee Extreme Lack of meat in this $16 philly & 5 wing combo. Smdh ??♀️. Chicken wings are always good, no complaints there. I won't be returning thou, especially not to this one. Go to DECKER location, 5 ⭐ ALWAYS & there Never stingy on portion size!! Also more friendlier staff.
