Best customer service ever! The two ladys that served us was amazing. They were so kind! We will definitely come back just for them. We ordered the 2 for 25$ And a prime rib dip with onion rings. Everything was great!

My food came out cold first time and I sent it back . They put it in the microwave instead of remaking the whole plate . I asked for my steak pink in the middle didn't come as I asked and im pregnant . They don't have broccoli but it's still on the menu and they had bugs flying around us why we was eating. I wouldn't go back ever and not too mention our appetitive was spinach dip and the chips was stale . We had too ask for more .

We walked out after waiting quite a while. Several servers and managers glanced at us but never came to our table. The restaurant was maybe half full. The lights were off outside a 7pm.

Service was horrible.cashmere our waitress just seem to not care and never was around. Did not provide plates for appetizer we had to use napkins Food was disgusting. Burger salty fries cold. Husband burger was not correct with fixings. Wait for appetizer and meal long despite there not being many customers Not worth the money spent.
Next time a fight happens make sure its playing smfh

I didn’t eat here i do deliveries and they do NOT prioritize / even acknowledge where you’re there for a pickup I understand they make there money off tips but how long does it really take to check and see if a bag of food is ready?

Haven't been in a while but Saturday was not acceptable. The young man who was bussing table was very courteous and professional multitasking also serving as a hostess. The wait was not acceptable 15 per couple I'm the 4th set of couple in line. No one even came to assist him. Always short staff long wait poor service. I've been to several Applebee's in surrounding states and know expectations are high. My wife said it best if this continues they need to just shut it down this is not good for our community. This only doesn't reflect Applebee's it reflects our community on what we will allowed.
