The was good but, was excellent after my burger was burnt. The manager came to our table and I told him the issue(s). The manager took brought out and freshly made burger, and everything else was excellent. I appreciate what the staff had done, and our waiter was even more professional. Thanks again to the our waiter and the manager and his staff for making our lunch experience great.

I am setting in the restaurant writing this review. This is by far the slowest Applebee's I have ever been to. Customer service is below par and we have been waiting 1 hour for our food. Sub-standard at best.

The worst experience we ever had our food was either under cooked or burnt. We asked for them to remove our appetizer that we didn't eat, and they told us that they couldn’t remove it. My girl now has food poisoning from them serving us old shrimp. The worst location in Columbia it smells like roaches. Terrible service there were 5 people just sitting down when we tried to get help or items that we ordered really long wait times for poorly cooked food. The cook and manager tried to intimidate my girl when she was being cool about the situation. Close this location there literally making people sick.

Ordered car-side to go. No one came out. 12 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I went in to check. The hostess seemed surprised that there was a car-side order.
The food was not made properly - no pico or mexiranch with chicken fajita rollup. Everything was so salty - the fries were inedible. Incredibly bad.
I would not recommend this Applebees.
Three stars for atmosphere because an Applebees is an Applebees.

About 10 years ago this place was alright. But it's gotten worse every time I visit over the years, and I think this is my last time going. They stuck my group in the one corner that had no AC, the thermostat was reading 85 degrees. The drinks were watered down, my friend got a coke and it even looked and tasted like it was watered down. I got the pop rock drink and it was also watered down from when I tried it last. The food was alright but not worth having an uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience.

It’s over for this location. I’m very big on customer service so this made it even worse. The hostess didn’t care and got headphones on. The music was entirely too loud for no reason. Our waitress Cashmere was not very friendly at all. There were very Long wait times for drinks even though the place was mostly empty. They gave us the wrong orders. I Didn’t even get any utensils to eat with! What I am supposed to eat that dry looking steak meal with my hands? Along with the dry looking food and awful service I’ll never be coming back here ever again.
Quick in and out for lunch. Friendly staff and good food. Quesadilla burger was excellent.

Our night started off good until a cockroach came out of the woodwork. Crawled along the wood edging and that ended our night. Server called out a cook who proceed to kill it off the ledge with his shoe in from of us. No manager was called, no apology, and my wife and daughter didn’t receive their food and we were charged our entire bill. June 3rd was the night it happened. I don’t recommend this establishment

So we couldn’t even sit down. One of the servers said to not seat her when we got in there and was standing there for at least 5 minutes. I’m pregnant and needed to sit when there were many tables open. Also the lady decided to joke with a customer who sitting about how she couldn’t sit us. I’m not saying it’s a color thing but it was not a good experience for the 5 minutes I was there!
