Customer service at this location sucks!!!!!!We was seated and 15mins later, we asked the host did he knew where our waiter was as he was leaning on the stand at the door. He then said oh let me help out. What are you having for drinks?" MAN SMH! We got up and left. It's always like this .

My server first gave me the wrong receipt and then proceeded to give me the wrong debit card. When I asked how did this happen they informed me that they mixed my card with an older couple who has the same bank as me and that they were traveling and not from the area. So now I have to go to the bank and get a new debit card and they did nothing to try to fix the situation. Do not eat here, poor service and incompetence.

I had an online order that was to be ready by 6PM. Never was made and then by 7:30PM the food that was made wasn`t fit to eat and half of the order was missing. I have reached out to the corporate office, just to be ghosted. These people just don`t care.

I will never come here again. This is probably the worst applebees I have been to in Columbia. Before going inside to eat lunch I notice that the outside of building looked very well kept up. Buy all that was about to change. When I came in it took 5 minutes to sit me. Waited 5 minutes for a server, 5 or 10 minutes for my drink and about 25 minutes for my food. This is my for applebees coming into and things have not be right for me. You guys seriously need to something about your service, food, and Chris Sherman. I say that name because it was given me by a manager. Applebees do me a favor fix these problems or you will go out of business.

We walked in to have dinner, sign said please wait to be seated, not one person working ever even acknowledged us. A few others came in behind us and waited as well, still not one person working acknowledged anyone standing there. We were waiting at least 20 minutes and my husband finally asked a server what the deal was and he acted lost as to how customer service and a restaurant works. They ended up seating the others but we left and went to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street and had no issues.?♀️

Came to eat. The door says the store closes at 12am. The server and bar tender was arguing about seating us. The server stated I’m the only server… it will be a second. The bartender yelled.. we closed at 11:30. They then begin to argue over if we should be served or not. We left. Worst customer service ever. They should have locked the doors if they didn’t wanna serve any more people. They literally closed 30 minutes before time.

Stopped in for dinner on our way home.e to Ontario. Although there seemed to be some adversity in the kitchen, our waiter Zac was outstanding and the food was ery tasty and a great value. We would definitely recommend this Applebee'
