30 minutes to get our salads. Brought 2 wrong salads. 10 more minutes to get our salad dressing. Food was terrible. Noodles not completely cooked.uncook rice. 4x printed incorrect bills. From start to end, we was there 2 hours and 26 minutes. Waiting for Appetizers. Dishes piled up. Could not get napkins. Waited for food. Over 30 minutes to get correct bill. The manger had to check us out. And waitres was showing her ass. Literally. Need a bigger pair of pants

So…we decided to go to this Applebees yesterday….we decided on the two for $32 …I got the chicken and shrimp and my wife ordered the steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes…my meal was good just a small portion but my wife’s steak came out bleeding which want but whe she ordered it she specified that she wanted it to be medium rare so we sent it back to be tossed back on the grill…the first time it came back it was still bloody so we sent it back again ..understand at this point we have been there fan hour and a half by now’s anyway my wife finally got her tuff as shoe leather steak but her sides had gotten cold so they offered to bring more….30 minutes later no sides so we decided it was time to go…the manager said she would only charge us half of the $32 so …$16… looked at my account today and they charged $28…this place is terrible but it reminded why I haven’t been to Applebees for 30 years until this visit….terrible service…food and policies

My family and I went here for my nephew's graduation. From basic training in the Army. We had a great family dinner. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and able to take an order for a party of. 11 people without pen or paper!!! She memorized everything and got everything right! The food was applebee's food but it was very good. We had no complaints.

Unfortunately this time wasn't a great experience. We both ordered pasta and it wasn't cooked all the way through. Raw and doughy but management made sure to take care of us and our server was phenomenal to us the entire time we were there

My wife & I came in today about 1:30...there were a few patrons but less than 12 in the restaurant. We looked over the menus...and waited. Finally about the 10 minute mark, we saw a waitress on the floor-who brought food to a table close by us. She never looked our way or acknowledged us. After another 7 minutes we got up and left. I am not sure there was anyone else working besides the hostess, (who knew nothing when asked) and the one waitress we saw during the 17 minutes we sat-waiting to order. We can't rate the food, but the service/atmosphere were both a zero.

Crapplebees is what you see is what you get. It’s cheap eats with the 2 for $25, but the former 2 for $20 can now be ratcheted up to $32 very quickly for a steak or shrimp combo. The problem with this place is that THE BATHROOM IS MORE GROSS THAN A TRUCK STOP. Looking at the mirrors, floors or walls it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in over a year. If the kitchen cleanliness resembles the bathroom get ready for a food-borne illness outbreak.
