came in waiting on someone the server assumed that i would not order until they got there and sat down on the phone most the time and they was sexist did not even ask how wanted the check just combined it and gave it to the male friend that met with
so i was ignored and expected i would not pay will NOT go back

Jordan was the best server. He was very attentive and observant. He brought us everything we needed before we even had to ask. Great manners, kind, and curious. I would go back just to have him as our waiter again.

I have been dinning at this lcoation for years and i can say the service is the same dinning in or taking it to go. Amazing atmosphere and professional staff. Its usually packed around lunch or dinner time but there service never slows down. I have never waited long for my order its always fresh and delicious. My favorite meal is the bourbon street steak with the shrimp parmesan topping with onions and mushrooms ugh just amazing. i have tired other menu items as well the spinach and artichoke dip is very delicious and cheesy. Their apps are good i would recommend trying the appetizer that includes each one like a smapler. They also have amazing burgers, my second favorite dish is the Bourbon Street Chicken with onions and shrimp. you can choose which side you want im a big rice and potatoe kinda person. Now the dessert menu is also good my favorite is the blonde browine. Hands down this is one of my favorite restaurants to dine in.

Came in and it wasn’t too busy. They greeted us promptly and friendly. The server Paisley was upbeat and patient with us. After she left to get our drinks, a homeless man came up to our table and asked us for food. We didn’t know what to say as he caught us off guard. The manager, Dewayne (sp?) rushed over and instead of causing a scene he handled the situation with so much professionalism. He escorted the homeless man out. 5 minutes later, we saw him give the guy a drink and something to eat. Compassion and professionalism! The rest of the experience was matched with their vibe! (This is my sangria already partly drank but so yummy!)
One of the last few Applebee's in SC that's is still doing well. Service and food were great!! Great job everyone..

Applebee's has potential with all the stuff they offer but the cooks took forever to bring out the food and I almost didn't eat I was so ready to go at that point.

I haven't been to an Applebee's in years, and this was just an utter disappointment. It was a party of 6, which they clearly didn't want to serve. We were noticed, but not acknowledged, and many staff walked around laughing like we aint know the deal. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes in a dead restaurant. We were seated at half cleaned tables in a dirty section. I had the Blue Long Island Iced tea, which was weak, even with a shooter added. For food, I had the nachos, which were actually good(even though they still gave me the guacamole I told them to leave out), and the four cheese Mac & cheese w/ honey peppered tenders...which was why I came...but was greatly disappointed because those weren't the tenders it used to come with. Idk if they switched it and didn't think to tell me, or it's just the new way they make it. Others in my party were disappointed as well, wrong flavors, etc...Jessica was our server and the server to most of the tables who had people. She put her best customer service face on and did her job accordingly answering questions and giving recommendations. We did have an interaction with the manager due to them lacking the ingredients to fulfill some of what we ordered. And also because one of the girls in my party found several strands of hair in her drink. Like mixed in with ice at the bottom of her glass. We were there almost 30 minutes after closing getting that rectified...at least the manager did try to do that. And yet, despite the lack of cleanliness and hospitality, we still tipped our server. I just doubt we'll ever return to this location.
